I started the Fit2Move journey with a simple vision: to provide fitness support, specifically for pre and postnatal women, as they work towards their fitness goals.
Whether you are preparing for birth, or discovering a new body in motherhood, my Fit2Move classes at Battersea Park offer the perfect solution. I'm here to support you every step of the way!

As a mum of two, I founded Fit2Move after realizing the importance of fitness during and after pregnancy. While on maternity leave, I qualified and worked on developing the best offering to help everybody (re)shape their fitness journey. I am dedicated to helping women navigate their pre and postnatal journey, as well as giving anyone the chance to keep fit!

I offer 45-minute group exercise classes in Battersea Park, with a specialism in fitness for pregnant and postnatal women.
My Fit2Move classes provide a safe environment for exercise while benefiting from the wonderful outdoors. Join a new fitness community and engage with nature.
