My pregnancy fitness classes are designed for all pregnant women, no matter what stage of their pregnancy. This course helps you stay fit in a safe environment while enjoying outdoor fitness classes. The class lasts 45 minutes and focuses on mobility, core strengthening, and stretching, making it a truly feel-good experience for expectant mothers!
My Mobility & Strengthening postnatal class is designed for all women in their postpartum journey (as long as you have been cleared by your GP). This postnatal exercise course will help you safely rediscover your body and get back to exercising after birth. Each 45-minute session focuses on mobility, core strengthening, and stretching. Babies are welcome, so feel free to bring your little one along to this supportive environment!
In addition, my Back To Running class is perfect for postpartum women (once cleared by their GP) who want to return to running or discover it for the first time. No prior running experience is necessary; just bring your enthusiasm to these outdoor fitness classes! Each 45-minute session emphasizes mobility work, running techniques, and stretching. You can also bring your babies as long as your buggy is sturdy enough (no traveling prams, please). We run on concrete paths, which makes it easy to navigate with a pram.
Whether you are a parent or not, this 45 minutes class is open to all. I focus on cardio and strengthening in order to offer a full body workout.
I will provide resistance bands to make your outdoor fitness classes extra exciting! For all classes, please bring a mat, a water bottle, and weather-appropriate clothes. Also, do bring whatever is needed for your babies.
All outdoor fitness classes take place in Battersea Park. Exercising outdoors offers numerous benefits such as improving mental health, lowering stress, boosting Vitamin D levels, enhancing social interaction, and providing natural cognitive restoration, among others. These classes, are held in the shade to ensure that you and your babies (if brought along) are safe. I am located across from the Putt in the Park and playground (red shape on map - bottom left).
Should the weather be uncertain, I always have an indoor back up near the park!
